Mission

Central Media Management with Deep PIM Integration

SEVERIN needed a central DAM platform to manage marketing materials in a structured way, provide worldwide access for external service providers, customers and partners – and integrate seamlessly with the existing PIM system Eggheads.

Digital Organisation and Automated Data Exchange

Marketing content needed to be digitally organised and accessible to different user groups – both internally and externally. At the same time, the solution had to be closely connected with the Eggheads PIM system already in use, to avoid manual data maintenance steps and enable automated exchange between both systems.

Central Storage for All Marketing Content

With TESSA, SEVERIN manages over 57,500 assets in one central location. Through categorisation, all marketing content is easy to find. External service providers, customers and partners can access and download the desired content from anywhere in the world.

Bidirectional Integration with Eggheads PIM

TESSA is deeply integrated with the Eggheads Suite – in both directions:

  • Import from Eggheads: Data sheets are generated in Eggheads and automatically imported into TESSA from a defined folder.
  • Automatic article number recognition: When uploading an asset, TESSA reads the article number from the file name, matches it against the PIM, and automatically pre-fills the 11-digit article number in the corresponding TESSA field upon a match.
  • Automatic storage in Eggheads: When an asset is assigned to the correct category and classified in TESSA, it is automatically stored in the corresponding folder in Eggheads.
